Six stages, announced from the start

This page is for anyone preparing a project with ZARTECH: how it runs, who decides what, and the ways we can work together.

How a project runs

Six phases, from need to follow-up. They group the nine detailed stages of the Engineering Factory.

  1. 1Scoping

The need, the users, what goes into the first version and what does not, the budget envelope.

  2. 2Architecture

Options compared, risks named, a written decision approved before the first line of code.

  3. 3Delivery

Short stages, each one demonstrated in pre-production and approved with you.

  4. 4Validation

Code review, security review and test results reported as they are: passed, failed or not run.

  5. 5Go-live

A prepared cutover, with a verified backup and a rollback procedure, approved by a person.

  6. 6Improvement

Measure, fix, adjust; maintenance and enhancements as you need them.

The agentic Factory

AI agents that produce, director agents that push back, a senior architect who signs off.

ZARTECH works with an organisation of specialised AI agents, overseen by director agents that review, score and send the work back until it meets the bar. No client deliverable goes out without a person's approval.

  1. Agents produce

Code, architecture, copy, images: every agent has a written role and rules.

  2. A director reviews and scores

One scored grid per division: engineering, experience, offers, audience.

  3. Sent back if it falls short

The work returns with precise corrections, one review after another.

  4. Corrected and tested again

The corrections are checked and the tests run again before approval.

  5. Human approval

ZARTECH's leadership reviews the result and decides to publish it, or to redo it.

Steps 2 to 4 repeat until the work meets the bar.

A real case: the build of this site

27 October 2026: art direction reviews the three new pages, scores them 7.1/10 and sends the Social Factory back; it is rebuilt the same day, then the whole build is reviewed by three other divisions and by the UX review, which also sends back the Engineering Factory page on phones.

28 October 2026: ZARTECH's leadership reviews the test version and asks for the staging of the homepage and the Social Factory to be redone.

The organisation: ZARTECH's leadership, which approves; a coordination agent; four director agents (Engineering, Experience, Offers and clients, Audience); 27 specialised agents.

Engineering
cloud, software, data and AI architects, backend, mobile and AI development, DevOps, quality, security, code review, technical writing
Experience
art direction, UX review, frontend development, brand characters
Offers and clients
solution architecture, product management, opportunity qualification
Audience
Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, trend watch, social listening, search visibility (SEO)

Two checks independent of the divisions: fact-checking and content governance. 32 agents in all.

Automated checks passed on 27 October on the test version (local build): 122 checks in the browser, 47 pages checked in the three languages, 72 loads of the three main pages with WebKit (Safari's engine) and Chromium (Chrome's), 12 layout checks of the Engineering Factory page on phone and desktop.

The dated proof (change history and build report) is available on request.

Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Safari, WebKit, Chrome and Chromium are trademarks of their respective owners. ZARTECH is not affiliated with any of them.

Agents prepare and check; a person approves. It is also how we work for you. Each client's data stays in its own project and is never used for another.

What people still decide

Our agents prepare and check. Decisions that commit you are taken by people.

Architecture decisions

Approved by ZARTECH's founder, and with you when they commit you.

Go-lives

Always explicitly approved, never triggered by an agent alone.

Access to your data

Limited to what is needed, granted by you, revoked at the end of the engagement.

Four ways to work together

Fixed-price assessment or scoping

A fixed scope and a clear deliverable, so you can decide before investing.

Staged delivery

Each stage is priced, delivered and approved before the next one.

Capped time and materials

For evolving work, with an agreed cap and transparent tracking.

Maintenance and enhancements

Optional, to keep your product moving after go-live.

Choose a solution or request a quote

The catalogue describes each solution, its packages and its deliverables. If your need is already clear, a quote request is enough.
